is it possible to step into the Rest based WCF service invoked by a 3rd party application. I can set the URL to localhost in 3rd party app for testing purposes. How should i host my wcf service and is it possible to step through it?

A Web service is a method of communication between two electronic devices over a network. It is a software function provided at a network address over the Web with the service always on as in the concept of utility computing.
