Backup of Exchange 2010 fails with the error 0xe000032d

I am using backup exec 2012 and in the past have had to manually delete transaction log files. And now I am receiving the below error from backup exec; I have never run a consistency check on an Exchange 2010 server and would like to know what the best starting steps are to resolve this?
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe000032d - The consistency check of the snapshot for the Microsoft Exchange transaction log has failed.  You should check for possible data corruption in the transaction log that is online.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Hi Johnny.

As that article mentions, there could be  aproblem with the Exchange database. Try running some commands on the Exchange server to test that everything is working properly. The details are in these articles.
