thanks mothnahp00! so you are saying since it only has somethign to do with computers and the filtering only deal with users, so there will be no effect? &nbsp;so how do I make it with loopback? can you show me the steps?

If I create a gpo on server, I don't have problem using security filtering to filter out the users for example access to control panel. But if I try to do the same thing for firewall (disable firewall) for a certain user, it will not work....
