Hi All,
I created a table and I have a form that uses data from the table.  I deleted a column in the table and I removed the data field in the form.  Now when I open the form an “Enter Parameter Value” box appears and it prompts me to enter data for the field that I deleted.

How do I get rid of the Parameter box?

Thanks

Check the query that the form is based on And Also properties like Order By and Filters.

Also, I haven't tried it myself (can't install 3rd party software on computers at work ),  but other Experts here find Rick Fischer's "Find and Replace " software useful for things like this.

It is IMHO a severe shortcoming of Access that there is no way to easily discover the source of the Enter Parameter Value dialog. In my experience I must search the various potential sources (as mbizup suggests.

There are some 3rd party tools that support searching for names in Access applications. I don't have the links at hand. You might google for them.
