Office Organization Chart

I have a powerpoint file which contains an organization chart, it used to be working fine.
But now when I try to open the organization chart inside the file (double click on the organization chart object) I get the message: "Organization chart cannot be opened because it exceeds the maximum size".

I tried to open the same file on another PC and it worked fine.

What could be the problem with the PC and the non-working file?

Also, is there a simple software for making organization charts (I tried Orgplus and Edraw but they are complicated)

Thanks and best regards,

Since it happens on one computer, but not on the other, I'm wondering if it's got to do with too many fonts on the problem system. http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00023_Problems_with_Organization_Chart_-OrgChart-.htm discusses this and other possible issues.
Oh, also this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/138640 -- still might be font related, but odd it would be problematic on one but not the other.

SmartDraw is another diagramming program you could try out. And there's always Visio.

Thank you very much Echo_S.
The problem was due to big font size which caused a problem on one computer but worked fine on another, so I reduced the font size, saved the document then opened it on the problem computer which could open it.
That's great! Thanks for letting us know what worked!
