How can I automatically add users to a security group when they are in a specific OU please advice how this can be done.

Try creating a GPO linking and enabling it to your OU.

Computer Configuration - Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Restricted Groups - Right click Add Group... -> Click Browse

Here's an extreme example:

Domain Admins

Right click on your Group Name -> Properties -> Add... (Members of this group)

Unfortunately that would only add users or AD groups into a local group on a computer.  it would not add users to an AD group.

There's no way to do this with Group Policy.  Your only possible solution is scripting.

okay how can i add a script doing it please advice

It would effectively require you to export the OU members and then to import them to the group using tools such as csvde.
