You need to publish the internal Front End or Director server's external web services in order to support these features, either through a reverse proxy or a static NAT.

Dear Jeff,

I don’t have director server so i would like to publish all these features through my Lync Front end server. i will use static NAT through my Cisco firewall.

but still i am not much confident how to do that.. it would be great if you let me know your convenient time to show my setup through remote session and get your guideline how to enable this features on my servers.

thanks in advance
