VMWare View Dual Monitors

We are having issues getting dual-monitors working on a VMWare View Environment using the PCoip protocol.  We have the desktop pool settings set to max monitors = 2, max resolution = hightest value.  We have made sure that NO GUI Boot & Base Video are unchecked in msconif.exe.  We have change the Video driver to SVGA as suggest by other users but still no luck.  Before we connect to the VIEW Desktop the dual monitors work fine we can move the connect screen to both monitors without any issues.  As soon as we connect to the View Desktop we cant turn on the second monitor it doesnt recognize it even know the mouse will go to the second monitor.  I cant move any windows or get the identify to show up on the 2nd monitor.  We are also using Unidesk for layers & the client is a HP T Thin Client.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

We are connecting using the PCoiP Protocol from what I understand is there anything I can check to verify?
When you say logs are you saying in View or on the View Client itself in Event Viewer?  Sorry I didnt setup this environment just trying to help a co-worker get dual-monitors working.
I verfied in View under Inventory > Pools > Sessions that all the View Clients are using the display Protocol of PCoIP.
Ok, so we just connected to that View Client on a PC with Dual Monitors & it worked fine.  Any suggestions on how to get it to work on a HP T5565 Thin Client?
Have you confirmed with vendor, you are using the latest firmware for your HP Thin Clients, and they are verified to work with VMware View.

Also check enough video memory has been allocated to the VDI machines.
Yes, HP says it support VIEW & Dual Monitors.  Video Memory is set 64MB
