I suggest you the best ways in my knowledge what changes to be considered on:
Background of website
Banner
Menu
Flash
Content + Right menu
Footer
layout
you can use
Bgpatterns to create your own pattern as background or use existing one instead of plane white background.
Jquery menu

Jquery banners as flash

In the footer place 3 blocks with address, map, contact us,....or any thing important in each of them.

Can you suggest a color or patter to match my website colors? Also how can I create like drop shadows in the background?
Tony, your website is getting better and better every time I see it. Congratulations, your hard work is paying off.
Hey Tony, how about something simple such as this?rough example using repeat pattern background and drop shadows

I was thinking more in a pattern , meabe some light blue. .. ?
Sure, I was just throwing that out as a fast example.

Try going to this site. It is a playground of all kinds of backgrounds and effects.

My 2 pennies worth.

I would agree with D_Brugge and keep the background simple, otherwise it will only distract from the content.

Another point is the navigation. You have a navigation bar with one item submenued but not the others, this can be confusing even though you have a submenu indicator. It would be advisable to keep a consistent approach for easier navigation.

Otherwise nice site, and glad to see you share your work in progress on EE.

The background is a simple jpg .

It looks like a Photoshop texture has been applied to a grey background using a slightly lighter grey.

You can replicate this in Photoshop using this tutorial and adjusting the effects to your needs.

Not bad, but I would proably rotate the pattern 90 degrees so it runs horizontal rather than vertical.

That way it stays in line with the way the gradient runs and it looks less "busy"
