Copy Clob/Blob tables

How to copy the Clob/Blob data from one database to another(Both databases are Oracle only).
I don't have option of Datbase Links.

if not DB links then use
expdp/impdp

We are not permited to create DB Links,
and as we don't have SYS level privilages we can't use expdp/impdp option,
Any other alternatives?

if you can't link and you can't expdp/impdp  

then you'll have to use legacy  exp/imp

or read the data with some other application that will save the data and then import it.
either something like Toad or SQLDeveloper or something you write yourself

right click on the table, select export data,  choose ldr as the type with separate files

choose a directory and finish.  it'll create one file per clob,plus 2 more files for the control and main data loader file.

to import, use sql*loader and the control file generated from previous step
