Hi All,

I've recently joined a new company and all the laptop users have local admin rights.  So 90% of them have toolbars etc... installed.

Is there a way in group policy to disable toolbars?

The users are a mixture of Windows XP and 7

You can set this policy on either a user or computer level.

Try this setting

Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Advanced Page

>> Allow third-party browser extensions

Definitely test it out first though to see if it meets your needs

Thanks
