Have you tried running a scanpst.exe on the system?

(You should be able to find scanpst.exe in this location on your system: C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<locale ID>\scanpst.exe )

This may clear up any errors or issues with the cache.

Hope this helps!

The file may be corrupt.

You can edit the nk2 file using Nirsoft Utility here:

delete the corrupted entries.

By the way to delete the endtry simply type the first few letters of the email until you see the problem address highlighted then hit the delete button. You will have to type the full address in once and that should resolve it.
