Stupid question first: have you checked the remember my password checkbox?

Secondly, try this:

Close outlook on a client.
Go to: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect
There should be a folder with an SID name in it e.g. S-1-5-xxxxxxxxx
Rename this folder by adding .old or something at the end

Restart outlook and check if it happens again.

Also, check the Eventviewer on the Domain Controller and the Clients. There could be a Kerberos Issue in you domain.
it ended up being updates that I needed to uninstall
