Outlook Email Problem

One of the users on our network is having some of their emails rejected by recipient, while other users can email just fine. The account settings seem to be correct, and there is no trouble emailing to most domains. What are some troubleshooting steps to take?

Some or all to the one recipient?
Sounds like a blacklist problem at the other end.
check the ndr, it could be wrong email address cached in his or her machine, if cached mode is enabled. Remove cache mode and test it.
What's the error / bounce back message?

We have some recipient domains that have rejected all mail from our domain, and have requested removal from blacklists. However, in this case there is just one machine that is unable to sent to several domains, while other machines are able to do so.

The error message indicates blocked for abuse / spam.

Where is the ndr, and how can I removce cache mode?
]Sounds like you need to clear out the short key list for the outlook account. You can rename the nk2 file if its outlook 2007.  What version?  If its outlook 2010 look at the attached picture. File > Options > Mail
