Using Excel 2010 I have a query that uses the contents of a cell as a parameter.  The query is set to refresh when the content of the cell changes.

The query results are not refresing.

Using XP.

Any thoughts?

Hi, classnet.

"The query is set to refresh when the content of the cell changes."
How? Please post a redacted version of the file.

Thanks,
Brian.

Please post the change event code, not a screen shot of a dialog box.

classnet,

Thanks. I confess that I haven't used variables in a Web Query before so I've just had fun playing around with them. The only way I could get a query not to Auto-Refresh was to change Calculation to Manual.

Assuming that this isn't your problem (but please check anyway!), the redacted spreadsheet would be ideal.

Thanks,
Brian.
