Thanks. I confess that I haven't used variables in a Web Query before so I've just had fun playing around with them. The only way I could get a query <u>not</u> to Auto-Refresh was to change Calculation to Manual. <br />
<br />
Assuming that this isn't your problem (but please check anyway!), the redacted spreadsheet would be ideal.<br />

Auto refresh doesn't work in Excel
