How to learn VMWare

Hallo

One of my best Friend is starting a new job. Now she must learn VMWare. They have not asked any requirements , just told learning will is a must. What is the best way for her to learn it? Online or Books? Is there any free Source lo learn? She would prefer German.

Thanks in Advance.

Many thanks for all quick replys!

@hanccocka
She is not sure which VMware Product, but she think it's vSphere 4.1 or ESXi 4.1.
Are there big differences?

ESXi runs in the back on a high end server hosting the VM's - vSphere connects to the ESXi server to manage and change the VM's on the server.
Sorry Han, wasn't trying to step on your toes! :-)
