Have had the same issues from American Airlines as well.

I think its something to do with passenger confidentiality......not really sure

I have found it you create a New Plain Text Email
Copy the info out and paste into the new Plain Text Email it will work
Same issue here with United Airlines e-mail forwarding.

I worked around it by clicking on forward message, then clicking on Options tab and selecting 'Plain Text' instead of HTML and it fires right off without hesitation.  Using Outlook 2007/Exchange 2007.

There should be no need to copy and paste it into a new message.  This way skips that step and has the same result.  I believe it is because the messages are 2 MB+, not huge, but has a lot of embedded images in it.  The wait time is about 4 minutes to send when sending it as HTML to a single recipient.  Sending it as plain text is 1 second.

Hope that helps.
