You are looking for a VLOOKUP formula. Let’s assume that the table with AR category/Item/Memo is in Sheet2 cells A1:C100. If the Item in step 1 is in cell A3, then you can get the value for step 4 Memo field as:<br />
=VLOOKUP(A3,Sheet2!B$1:C$1<wbr />00,2,FALSE<wbr />)<br />
