Hello,

I have Outlook Web Access and Exchange 2003 SP2.

In the options, there is no reference (no option) for spell check.

How do I enable spellcheck within OWA>

Thnaks,

That is a default feature. The only way that I know of to disable it is a registry change.

Go To Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWeb\OWA
Find the key 'DisableSpellCheckOnSend' type REG_DWORD - if not there then create it.

Set the value to 0x00000001 for users to not be able to select the option to automatically spell-check in OWA

What browser are they using?

in IE

Login to OWA page > Click options at the top > click spelling on left panel > change options

Click 'Always check spelling before sending'

I just reread your post - you're missing the spell check option, which brings me back to what browser you're using.  Sorry for the duplicate.

After reading your comments, I checked IE. It is an option in IE, but not in Firefox. How do I enable under options in Firefox?

I think extensions may be needed, but I thought that Firefox highlights the misspelled words automatically.

Here is the addon if you are missing it
