Is it risky to Robocopy from site to site over point-to-point VPN?  I think ports 135 and 139 needs to be open. Anyone doing this?

The connection is fast. 100Mbps.  But the question is about the security.
If it's a vpn, then no, security isnt an issue. RichCopy is a GUI for Robocopy that is a little easier to use and multithreaded so you can copy multiple files at the same time. It's also an MS "Hoffman Utility Spotlight" piece that works well.

But like I said, a VPN tunnel is encrypted, so there's no real issue with security.
Security is on your Link between the site. Robocopy will just  work as if you use in your local office..
With VPN you have virtually extended office with VPN Secruity Ipsec or what ever you are using. .
