Cannot connect to RD Gateway

I've Setup a RDS and RD Gateway on 2008 R2 on the same computer. Am able to connect to the TS Server from outside using a Public address, but when I attempt to run any of the remote apps on the TS Server, from any client (XP/win7)  I get the following error message"The computer can't connect to the computer because the remote Desktop Gateway server address is unreacheable or incorrect. Type a valid RDG server address. "
TS is the name of my server and my domain name is ics.local, so I have the RDG server name as ts.ics.local. Is there something that am not doing right? Can someone help me out?
Thanks in advance

You need to specify the RD Gateway using a public IP address or name. Instead of ts.ics.local, you need to specify the RD GW as ts.ics.com, or the public IP address. ts.ics.com would need to be in the public DNS.
