Exchange transport queue stuck up

Hi Team,

I am receiving this below error message in one of Hub server 2010 and its getting stuck up in submission queue. Please let me know how to resolve this issue and I am unable to delete from Exchange Queue. Please suggest.

I have run the following powershell commands and they did not return any results:

Get-Mailbox | where {$_.EmailAddresses -like "*IMCEAEX-ADCDisabledMail*"}
and
 Get-Recipient | where {$_.EmailAddresses -like "*IMCEAEX-ADCDisabledMail*"}

I ran a query in AD to look for this email address and it did not return any results.
(proxyAddresses=smtp:IMCEAEX-ADCDisabledMail@test.com)

Issue may be because of duplicate email address. If you cant find the email address running the above email address.

Check with the sender user@test.com why he is sending email to IMCEAEX-ADCDisabledMail@test.com
