According to the supported platforms document from SAP/Crystal, VS2010 is not a supported platform for CR2008

Do you have an application in VS2010 that uses CR4VS2010 reports?

If so, CR report format has not changed so you may be able to use your reports in an application written for CR4VS2010 or CR2011 reports.

I know with the release of CR2011 they are say to use the CR2008 SDK to build applications because they don't plan to release a CR2011 SDK so the CR 2008 SDK may work with VS2010 now.
