Sharepoint WSS 3.0
We have a sharepoint server that is accessbile from the internet. We have a user trying to access an excel document but after she enters her domain credentials it appears with an error "Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file http://websiteaddress.com.au/Document Library Name\file.xlsx There are several possible reasons" Has anyone have any idea why this is happening? It doesnt happen on all the documents this user tries to access ..........

wouldnt that affect everything? We are able to open most documents it just seems to be this one at this stage.

2. Check the permissions on the document library.
Permissions are fine
3. Try to check with an account with higher previlege is able to view those documents or not.
