I have a lenovo ThinkPad laptop attached to a docking station with two additional monitors. I can't get all 3 screens working at the same time. Just any 2 at a time and then the third one automatically disconnects. What do I need to do to get this going? This is on Windows 7.Thanks.

I believe laptop systems can only handle 2 out of the 3 displays at a time. To add an additional display, you have to have a dock that has another video card with multiple monitor capability or use a USB solution for the 3rd monitor (http://www.displaylink.com/technology/technology_overview.php).

Unless you have a special video card like the Radeon Eyefinity or nVidia Quadro, you are limited to two outputs per video card, whether it's a desktop or a laptop.  The only other way is to use a Matrox TripleHead2Go external device http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/products/gxm/th2go/displayport/ or a USB-based or PCI-Express video card.  USB video suffers from low bandwidth, so if you are playing games or showing video, it would be a bad solution.
