Looking through event logs on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Sp2 box I found a warning in the event log;
Event ID: 4356
By looking in Component Services I found that the string referenced is the application ID for:
Watson subscriber for SENS Network Events

I've googled till I am blue in the face but can't seem to find an answer to what I would think is a fairly simple question.

What is Watson subscriber for SENS Network Events?  What does it do or what is it for?
