I have a 64bit Windows 7 laptop setup to connect to an NTServer (32bit) to access a program) the idea is that they can print off documents from the program on the laptop. However the default printer will not come through. I am guessing this is to do with the incompatibility of the 32bit server and 64bit printer. What can i do to get this to work ?

Installed Drivers locally on server (32 and 64 bit) and still the printer will not come through. Is there something else i need to check ? How does the incoming default printer know whether i have installed drivers or not ? Do i need to ensure drivers are somewhere specific ?
On the RDP client on your system under options - local resources - is printers checked?

Yes.
Are you attempting to print to a printer at the location of the server or a printer at your location when using RDP?
