SHAREPOINT ACCESS SERVICES BLANK OPTION WEB FORM COMBOBOX

Hello everyone, i built a small access 2010 database to test publishing over a OFFICE 365 SHAREPOINT ACCESS SERVICES SITE.
The compatibility checker and the publication are ok but i cant select any form as default web form. I created a navigation form and put two subforms as simple as possible. But no form appear in the option web form combobox.
Can someone help me?

Sorry i dident use the appropriate type of form so the problem is now solved.
The only type of form we can publish are those with a litle globe in the creation task bar
