I still might not be understanding but....<br />

How about then, instead of having it setup to send emails.<br />
Only use a single Email Account.<br />
<br />
Then share that Account out to the other Member of the DL list.<br />
<br />
If using 2007 or ealier it can be added as a ddional mailbox<br />
<br />
If using 2010, You can set it up on each users Outlook Profiel to be a fully functioning Exchange mailbox, allowing users to work directly in the mailbox and reply directly to Emails
