Recommendation needed for school gradebook software

I am looking for recommendations for gradekeeping software or services.

We are a private, K-12 school with about 275 students.  We are currently using Gradekeeper but want to change products.  We do not need a student record keeping capability, however would consider it, if the price is right.

We are running Windows 2003 environment, but we might consider a cloud based solution.

Back when I was teaching we used Easy Grade Pro and it worked pretty well.

Most schools/districts now are going to complete on-line course management solutions such as Moodle or Blackboard.  Moodle is free and open-source, but considering the size of your school it might not be worth the expense of hiring someone to install and administer it.  A Moodle partner such as ClassroomRevolution.com might have a hosting package that would work for you.

Try SchoolMaster. I used to work at a private highschool, and it is what we used. Worked very good! It keeps all records of everything - medical, disciplinary, counseling, attendance, grades, etc...

Neither of these suggestions met our needs - both too big.  Google Apps for Education has at least two gradebook/SIS solutions that seem to be best suited for us: ThinkWave and Engrade.  We are also considering MMS Cloud solution.
