Try adjusting the hardware acceleration setting here:

Try a different screen resolution and see if issues persist.

1. Hardware acceleration setting can't be adjusted as they are grayed out. This is the same on my PC which has a different VGA.
2. Snagit is not free.

thanks

This issue is not Gadwin print screen related.
I installed Screenpresso as alternative and it's doing the same thing. Which is instead of capturing full window, it captures partial zoomed top left part of the window and not a full window.

not sure why you did not try the snagit trial; but it looks like the OS is corrupted
what is it?  XP, W7 ?

Hello,

I’ve resolved the issue.

User’s DPI was set to 150% causing just a partial zoomed capture and when I dropped DPI to 125%, the software started capturing full screen.

thanks for all your help guys
