I will try that later this week. I think I can get away with deprciating this user account and creating a new one. As the problem is only reported to happen for a single user.

For one user on a iMac, the MS Word 2011 opens anything and goes right into a debug screen. Error says Compile Error: Method or data member not found. I can close the debug down and work on the doc, but it happens anytime I open the program or start a new doc.<br />

I've deleted the Normal.dotm and it recreates a new one.<br />
