Are they production Databases?
ASKER
yes
Run eseutil/mh against the dismounted database and sent the output
ASKER
when i am trying eseutil /mh " database name ", it says "operation terminated with error -1032 (jeterror file access denied
Is the database dismounted? Need to run only if the database is dismounted.

sorry my typing mistake. eseutil / mh is working and it shows dirty shutdown
oh.. try eseutil /d and then eseutil /r
eseutil /d will not work since your database is under dirty state.
Have you run soft recovery to bring the database in clean state,Refer my blog for the same

i did not try anything. i am reading and thinking what to do. 3 databases are working. this only one not mounting and circular log not enabled
How many log files are missing
If last file is missing try
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123479.aspx
"ESEUTIL /R Enn /A
By default, in a non-clustered Exchange Server 2007 server, only the last file is protected by LLR. Therefore, this option can be used only when the last transaction log file is missing. "
for others try

You cannnot mount database until database is in clean shut down state
You need to confirm which log file is missing and if that log file is present in exchange logs folder if then can run Eseutil /r /e00 "Path of database" to replay missing log file
