I have two VLAN's set up on my switch. These are on port 1-5 and port 6-10. I notice that ALL traffic that enters one VLAN is echoed to all the other ports on that VLAN. The VLAN behaves as if it had only one collision domain, as if it was a shared medium. I believe this is not correct, and also this is unwanted behaviour.

Attached is a screenshot of "Administration -> Diagnostics -> Port and VLAN Mirroring" in the web console of the switch. There are no rules set, I assume that is correct.

Thanks in advance for all information.

I noticed something similar on my SG 300-10P running firmware 1.0.0.27.  I've upgraded it to 1.1.2.0 and the problem seems to have rectified itself.  What version are you currently running?

All the VLAN ports were set up as trunk ports. I reset the config and set up allt he VLAN ports as untagged access ports. That solved the problem. I thought VLAN trunk ports only were for multiple tagged VLAN communication? I also didn't figure out how to firmware upgrade the switch. It prompts for an http or tftp address. Where do I get this? I couldn't find it on google.
