1) I would not recommend for production if you have the choice.  Ideal situation is that you have a totally separate SQL cluster that you attach SharePoint to.  Usually you'll find most first-time involvements that companies have will end up being a separate single SQL server and SharePoint web front-end.

2) No problem with Hyper-V as long as there are enough hardware resources given to each machines/role.

3) Could you clarify what you mean by publish?  Will you require anonymous access?  Will you be wanting the publishing capabilities?  You will need to know about alternate access mapping and extending web applications.

4) At a later date you would network load balance two front-end web servers and run both sites from there.  You would need to implement them as separate web applications.

5) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh127349.aspx

6) I believe standard is more than enough for just running SharePoint, however, depending on how you want to setup your SQL environment you might need other versions to obtain more functionality.

Remember to grab a copy of SharePoint designer 2010 since it's free!

Thank you very much for your quick responding, i mean by publish like  normal website for the customers and for internal users they will use local address, yes anonymous access ,
i want to know if im planning now to implement intranet sharepoint and maybe later i will use same server to publish the website my question what version of sharepoint i have to use now.

You could use the same server/farm however you will need to take into account that you will be using two different authentication methods for intRAnet and intERnet sites.

Your intRAnet will most likely be using NTLM/Kerberos so that you can authenticate users directly from their logged in session.  You will be using anonymous for public sites.

A big question right now it:  Can the information on both sites stay entirely separate and require no dependency on each other?

The reason I ask this is because it will impact how I would recommend you set up your sites from the start.

If we want to publish same intranet site as internet it's possible ?
And do you recommaned this, and what we need for this.

It's possible, you'll need to extend the intranet site to a new site application.  Set it to anonymous access and ensure that permissions allow view-only.

This will set you on your way:  http://www.sharepoint.inf4web.com/404/extend-web-application/

You'll want to have a look at study material as what you're asking is basically consultancy work.
