Additional SharePoint storage for Office 365 E1 Users

My customer needs 40 Office 365 accounts and the E1 plan would be enough, but the SharePoint storage has to be extended to at least 100GB.

Is it true that you can't buy additional SharePoint Storage for Office 365 E1 Users?

Would it be possible to get a single Office 365 E3 User, to circumvent this limitation? Would this allow me to buy additional SharePoint Storage for the whole company?

OK so they get 10Gb initial plus 500Mb per user = 30Gb.

They can purchase extra storage per Gb for a monthly fee (which I have looked for but cant locate!).

This can be done on all E plans.

AFAIK you can't mix E1 and E3 plans to gain more storage.

Where did you hear you couldn't extend storage on E1?

The actual price for extra storage will differ by region (exchange rates blah). Suggest you click the link on Office365.com and organise a call with them.
