Excel VBA classes used with automobiles

Hi

I have a client that supplies automobile information to their clients.
They say that they uses Excel VBA classes.Could classes be used to manage the car models
specifications etc and if so how would one do this?

That's one of the vaguer questions I've seen... :)

Yes, you can set up a class for each car type (and a class for each manufacturer, possibly with a collection of the models they provide) and possibly a generic Car interface - providing all the common properties/methods - to allow you to manipulate all the different car classes as one common type.

Indeed it is, but your answer certainly wasn't vague, as I had hoped. Thanks a lot. Afterall isn't the whole class concept a bit vague? (In code and between people :)
