Hi,

I am planning to put in a MS Terminal Services Farm using 2008 Std 32bit as it will be used for a specific application that cannot be installed on a 64bit 2008 R2 servers.

Am I still able to use a 2008 R2 gateway server in this instance? Of do I have to go with the older 2008 x86 TS gateway services?

The RDS gateway in Windows 2008 R2 works for Windows 2003/XP hosts and beyond. I haven't tested with Windows 2000. Long story short, you can use RDS Gateway on Windows 2008 R2 for your project.
