msiexec /? partameters to create msi packages

i want to deploy IE8 and IE9 and office 2010 to distribute those packages.

That options are fine and dandy if you have an msi already created, but the 3 items in question are exe's and I think the  quickslvr is asking how to create a MSI.
To do this you will need something like wise

An alternative is to create is to create a script  (batch script or vbs) to run at log on with the proper parameters.  
If you run Office setup.exe /admin this will give you the ability to create a custom answer so you can optimize this for your environment.

IE8 and IE9 you can push out via WSUS if you have it implemented.

If not you can use IEAK

If you use the IEAK you will need to do something similar as you did for Office.
