XenApp Fundamentals 6 - Error: An error occurred while trying to access the requested resource

I have Fresh 2008r2 install - XenApp Fundamentals 6.  I am not using SecureGateway(External Access).  I am just testing this on the internal site  http://servername

I was getting ready to put this server into production.  For a time it was working.

I'm not sure if the hotfix roll up caused this issue or not, but I am stuck.

Users can log in, but when they try to launch an app the web gui displays the error:

An error occurred while trying to access the requested resource.

I cannot seem to find anything useful in any logs indicating what the error exactly is.  There is nothing in the  Event Viewer -> Application, or security logs.

I checked in the IIS logs (w3svc1), and do not see anything out of the ordinary.  Here is a snip of the log when I just logged in & tried to launch an app:

The 404 error has to do with a logo.  No big deal.

I have looked high & low, but cannot seem to find any log files with anything useful.  When the web gui throws this error is it logging it somewhere, and if so where?

This is very frustrating.  Any thoughts on this would be great.
