I have in excess of 600 gig worth of email that I need to migrate to the cloud. I want to archive email that is over one year old to the online exchange mail archive (Office 365)
I really have two questions, first how can I get the mail to the cloud, it would seem crazy to try to sync this over a boradband line. Is it possible to go direct to the data centre ?
Secondly, If a user has a 40gig mailbox how does this work as I will have an archive but the limit on the primary mailbox is 25gig so what happens in this scenario?
I am interested to get feedback from people with personal experience of this as oppose to setup links.
