I have 2 databases on my sql server.  They are identical, but with different names, and one is from a month ago.

In Database1.Table1 I want take UserID 1000 and copy it to Database2.table1 to overwrite USERID 1000

So take all the cells for USERID 1000 in one database and copy them onto USERID 1000 on the other database

UserID is an identity field
