I have three Domain controllers (DC),Windows2008 , Windows2008R2, and windows 2003.
and, I would like to retire windows 2003. I understand I need to demote it from the role of DC.

But, problem is that the windows2003 domain controller has not connected to network since last September.
What's the best way to release it from the Active Directory domain ? I mean,
How can I delete this DC information from active directory database of other existing 2 domain controllers ?
I'd appreciate if you could provide me with microsoft official URL link explaining this.
