SharePoint Timer Service terminated unexpectedly Windows Error Reporting
I am getting Errors - every 15 minutes - Event ID 7031 (System Event Log)
The SharePoint 2010 Timer service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 944 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 30000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
I found in the Application Event log - the exact time, I get an informational event from source Windows Error Reporting - Event 1001

It is a domain account and does have access to the databases. Went as far as adding to the local machines admin group. Confirmed it also is in the farm group through the Central Admin.
Any corresponding errors in the SQL log?
Is it possible to reboot the sharepoint server at some stage or even an iisreset?
