Acronis in Gartner 2019 MQ for datacenter backup

It is an honor to be featured in Gartner 2019 Magic Quadrant for Datacenter Backup and Recovery Solutions. Gartner’s MQ sets a high standard and earning a place on their grid is a great affirmation that Acronis is delivering on our mission to protect all data, apps, and systems.

Have you created a local user and assigned them appropriate read and write permissions on the folder?
Commented:
This some times happens when the directory actually doesn't exist and I noticed this offen in Windows only. I dont know why, but ftp still shows that there is a directory.

Suggestions: Login as Admin and try to create a sub directory or go to sub directory which already exists. If you still get the error message, go to the ftp folder ( ex: C::\Inetpub\ftproot) on the server machine and see if the folder exists, if so delete it and also on the FTP site try removing inherit permissions.
