On the DHCP Server

Open Administrative Tools -> DHCP
Right Click on the existing scope and select Properties

You can change both the lease period and IP range from there.

Experts I just want to increase the DHCP lease time? Not the scope. I think I will follow what kcts has put in in the reply.

Sandeep I am asking about DHCP not DNS.
Server Manager -> DHCP Server -> Domain -> IPv4 -> Scope -> Right-click Properties -> Lease duration for DHCP clients
