Converting Latin Database to Support Cantonese

Hi there,

My company has a SQL Server database that supports operations mostly in Europe. The server collation is Latin1_General_CI_AS.  We are beginning to do business in China.

Does anyone have any experience of localising SQL server to support both Latin and Cantonese type faces.  Do any collations support both typefaces?

Thank you,
Microsoft SQL ServerMicrosoft Development
