jython script for work manager

Hi
Please provide a jython script for creating new timer manager in WebSphere Application Server 6.1.0.21, i usually do manual configuration via WAS admin console i.e

In Admin console
Resources --> Asyncronous beans --> Timer Manager
scope: cluster --> kaka
name = kakatimermanager
JNDI name = tm/kakatimermanager
number of timer threads = 5 threads

i like it in jython scrtipted form
