Zyxel ES-2724 VLAN Internet access

Hi

We have a Zyxel ES-2724 Switch. A number of machines have network devices that connect via Netbiter to the internet on port 5222 and port 80.

Our network layout is thus.

Draytek ADSL Router 192.168.1.254 also is default gateway.
Office Network 192.168.1.*
DNS is set to Server and ISP values

Zyxel ES-2724 with 2 VLANs, 192.168.1.* and 192.168.127.*
ES-2724 is 192.168.1.1 on Office side and 192.168.127.1 on factory side.

I can ping factory from office side and can ping server from from factory side but not the ADSL router as the default gateway.

I have added classifiers and policies to direct port 5222 and 80 to the default gateway, but cannot get any PC or Machine controller to access the internet from the factory side.

Any thoughts please.

Do you have a static route to 192.168.127.0/24 on the Draytek router?

Just to confirm

I set up a static route on the Draytek to 192.168.127.0/24 with Default GW as 192.168.1.1

The factory devices need to have their default GW set to 192.168.127.1 Do I need any classifiers and policies on the ES-2724
Yes.

No, I don't think you need any special setup on the ES-2724. It'll just need to route between the VLANs.
