I have a particular user that can't logon to the RWW from home using the:<br />
<a href="https://mail.company.com" rel="ugc">https://mail.company.com</a><br />
Able to click on Remote Web Workplace, however, when credentials are entered, it states that username or password is incorrect. &nbsp;User can logon to desktop w/o issues. &nbsp;<br />
I tested RWW with another user, RWW was successful.<br />
