Particular User Cannot Access RWW

I have a particular user that can't logon to the RWW from home using the:
https://mail.company.com
Able to click on Remote Web Workplace, however, when credentials are entered, it states that username or password is incorrect.  User can logon to desktop w/o issues.  
I tested RWW with another user, RWW was successful.

SERVER: SBS 2003

- Make sure effected user account is member of Remote Web Workplace Users group.

I did confirm this.  Still not working.
User was receiving errors 533 in the security logs, stating "user not allowed to log in at this computer". Checked the obvious Group Policy objects, but could not find where user was being denied interactive login. Appears to have been the account properties for the computer "log on to".  See attached image.
